Use 2 finger rule or 1.4 gm of sunscreen and apply evenly to your face.
Apply a sufficient amount of sunblock to cover all exposed areas of your skin.
Ideally, do it at least 20 minutes before going into the sun, to allow the sunscreen to bind to your skin properly.
